One night just when i am on my way heading to the departmental store to buy some grocery. But before I can even walk out of the lift, two filthy and fiercre looking dog howling at me, like some insane fellow cominh out from changi prison. That time it did not chased after me because a indain ten was holding pretty tight onto the string tie across it neck. I coudn't conceal my intimidation and fear, as the two dog left i felt more relief. But i kept wondering such kind of dog with barking ability should deserve to be train in the police unit, contributing to our society. Instead of making the great meance to resident living in the block. They will lodge a magristate complain if the situation remain unchange. Not knowing what to do so therefore i would encourage dear viewers to pose some useful solution to help me get from the mental disorderment that dog had exerted on me.
